The essential oil derived from the skin of this fruit is widely used for its beautiful, almost floral fragrance, with hints of lavender, lemon, and spice. It is most recognized from its addition to black tea to make the aromatic and soothing Earl Grey tea. Modern aromatherapists recommend the scent of bergamot to reduce stress, depression, anxiety, and depression. A perfect compliment to a soothing and luxurious steam bath!
